Orders are processed promptly and delivered within the estimated timeline mentioned at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to ensure a smooth and transparent experience. Please review our return guidelines below:
1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must initiate a return or exchange request within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
- Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for free return or exchange.
2. Returns Without Issues (Customer Preference)
- If you wish to return a product without any defect or issue, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Any product that does not meet these conditions may be rejected.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Any applicable charges (such as GST, shipping, or handling fees) may be deducted as per company policy.
5. Non-Returnable Cases
- Requests raised beyond the defined timelines (2 days for defective items, 7 days for general returns) will not be accepted.
- Items showing signs of use or damage not reported within the specified timeframe are not eligible.
